God cares for those who have a broken heart; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds". God will gives us the "power beyond what is normal" to make it from one day to the next. Please accept my sincere condolences, my thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this precious little boy and his dad. Always remember Jehovah God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 55:22;)
