Early Saturday morning March 3, 2018 after battling an extended illness, in her home Bonnie Dale Moore Pyles was called home to be with the Lord.  Bonnie Moore Pyles was known by her family as "BUNNY".  Bonnie was born in Person County, NC on November 29, 1952 daughter of the late Barbara Moore Williams and the late John Willis Satterfield.  Mrs. Pyles resided in Durham, NC for a number of years before moving to Danville, Va. with her husband  James Pyles, Jr.

Bonnie accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was a member of The Greater Brandon Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.  She was a kind, loving, light hearted and spirited lady who lived life with zest.  Bunny will always be with us in spirit and in our fondest memories.

Mrs. Pyles leaves behind to cherish her memories: her devoted husband of over thirty-eight years James Pyles, Jr. of the home, her two sons Ervin Moore of Durham, NC and Matthew Chavis of Alton, Va., her daughter Brenda Nicole Moore of Danville, Va., her two sisters Quency Ann Chavis of Danville, Va. and Helaine Williams of Durham, NC, her four brothers Johnny Williams of Colorado, James Curtis Williams of Chapel Hill, NC, Michael Williams of Roxboro, NC and Donald Williams of Roxboro, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

We will take this day Friday, March 9, 2018 to remember our love one with a Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM at The Greater Brandon Chapel Missionary Baptist Church by Pastor Dr. Michael T. Galloway & Rev. Charles W. Brandon, Sr. providing the Eulogy.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Service (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) at the Church and other times at the home 1056 Sparks Trail, Alton, Va. 24520.
