It is with deep regret we learn of Frances’ passing. We enjoyed sharing many visits in her home. She was always kind and gentle. We will miss her. Our condolences and prayers to all her family and friends. We will be unable to attend the services due to Owen’s current illness but she will be in our thoughts.

Sending warm condolences to the Oakley family during this difficult time. May you find the comfort our loving heavenly Father offers in response to your earnest prayers (Philippians 4:6, 7). We look forward to the time when God eliminates all causes of sorrow (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3, 4).
